The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Hong K. Lo (fourth left), HKUST Dean of Engineering; Prof. Li Mo (third left), Director of HKUST Low Altitude Economy Research Center; Prof. Jack Cheng (first left), Director of HKUST BIM Lab; and representatives from LAEA.
