簡介
本課程旨在為培訓集成電路工程師，為持有理學或工學學士學位而又有志於汲取深入廣博的微電子工程和更進階的集成電路知識的專業人員和學生度身定做。

課程設置

學生必須修滿25個學分，其中包括4個學分的 Guided Chip Design Project 。 經課程主任批准後，學生可以修讀由其他理學碩士課程開設的最多9個學分的課目。 有關課程的詳細資料，請查閱碩士課程目錄及科目目錄。

入學和英語能力要求

申請者必須持有二等榮譽或以上的電子工程或工程/物理科學的學士學位，或具有獲認可大學或大專院校所頒發的同等學歷資格。有關英語能力要求，請查閱香港科技大學霍英東研究生院網頁。 

課程費用

全日制課程的課程費用為HK$208,000（分兩期繳付），而兼讀制課程的課程費用為HK$183,000（分四期繳付）。

入學申請 

課程採取滾動式招生，先到先審查，因此建議申請人儘早提交申請。有關課程申請，請查閱閱香港科技大學霍英東研究生院網頁。
