Students who wish to apply for it should ideally be enrolled in one of the HKUST programs below:

Minimum Academic Criteria
To apply for the Joint Education Program, HKUST students are required to:

Be in the 3rd year of their undergraduate programs and to commence the program in Year 4 Fall term (for dual degree students, applicants should be in their penultimate year of study)

Be in good academic standing at HKUST with a minimum CGA of 3.00

Have obtained a TOEFL score of 90 on the iBT version (or other equivalent qualifications accepted by WashU).
**Students can apply to both of this joint education program and mainland/overseas exchange for the following Fall term at the same time, but in the end they can accept ONE offer only.
