The Center for Engineering Education Innovation (E2I) curated a series of wellness activities to energize and inspire the School of Engineering (SENG) community. Hundreds of students were able to unwind, socialize, and engage in some fun, hands-on activities in a relaxing and supportive environment.

The activities included:

Wellness Wednesday series | Terrarium Workshop (November 13, 2024)

Students transformed their creative ideas into a charming green oasis, where they learned to craft their own unique terrarium and build their personal miniature garden—a perfect blend of nature and creativity!

Students expressed their HKUST pride through a uniquely designed tote bag. It isn’t just any ordinary bag; it gives students a chance to showcase their creativity and university spirit.

HMAW1905B – Game Night with Pokémon Go World Champion (November 25, 2024)

Students had a chance to meet Hong Kong's pride—World Pokémon GO Champion 2024 CHENG Yip-Kai and coach Sam CHEUNG at the Engineering Commons. They shared insider tips with students while everyone enjoyed the moment battling together. The event is part of the HMAW 1905B undergraduate course on Behavioral Foundations of University Education: Habits, Mindsets, and Wellness.
