The MoU was signed by Prof. Tim Cheng (fifth left), HKUST Vice-President for Research and Development, and Dr. Elizabeth Quat (center), Founding President of the Greater Bay Area Low Altitude Economy Alliance (LAEA). The signing ceremony was attended by Prof. Hong K.
