Prof. LI Bo Selected as Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Internet of Things Journal
Prof. LI Bo, Chair Professor of Computer Science and Engineering, has been selected as the Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Internet of Things Journal (IoT-J), which is a joint publication of IEEE Sensors Council, IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Computer Society, and IEEE Signal Processing Society.
Launched in 2014, the IEEE IoT Journal publishes papers on the latest advances, as well as review articles, on the various aspects of IoT. Topics include IoT system architecture, IoT enabling technologies, IoT communication and networking protocols, IoT services and applications, and the social implications of IoT. Examples include IoT demands, repercussions, and implications for sensor technologies, big data management, and future internet design for a variety of IoT use cases, including smart cities, smart surroundings, and smart homes.
Prof. Li’s appointment reflects the recognition of his expertise within the global research community. By contributing to the direction of a leading international journal, the University continues to strengthen its presence in global research networks and foster knowledge exchange across academia and industry.
