Four SENG Alumni and One Current Student Elected HKIE President’s Protégés 2025/26

Four alumni and one current student from the School of Engineering were selected as Protégés in the prestigious HKIE President’s Protégé Scheme 2025/2026. This initiative, part of the HKIE’s commitment to engaging young engineers, allows selected Protégés to shadow the HKIE President and gain valuable insights into the engineering profession.
The selected SENG alumni and student are:
- CHAN Cho-Hon, graduate of BEng in Sustainable Energy Engineering, currently working at ATAL Engineering Ltd.
- CHAU Tsz-Lam, graduate of BEng in Civil Engineering, currently working at Arup
- LEE Sing-Chun, graduate of BEng in Sustainable Energy Engineering, currently working at Towngas
- LI Ka-Yan, graduate of BEng in Chemical and Environmental Engineering, currently working at HK Electric
- TENG Zhaohan, student of MSc in Intelligent Building Technology and Management, currently working at AtkinsRéalis Asia Ltd.
A total of 13 talented young engineers were chosen in the scheme this year.
