简介

生物分子工程学涉猎到自然衍生与人造材料和设备的分子层面设计及工程，可应用于药物传递、治疗学、生物感测、定点照护诊断、合成与系统生物学，以及组学技术等领域。健康信息学则结合数学、数据科学和计算机科学的技能，以获取、处理和分析与健康相关的数据，用以作出最佳决策。本课程结合生物分子工程学和健康信息学，为学生日后从事相关领域作好最佳准备。

课程设置

学生必须修满30个学分，其中包括至少15学分的必修课程 (core courses) 及6学分选修课程 (elective courses)。课程主任批准后，学生亦可修读最多9个学分的其他研究生科目以作为完成毕业要求的部分内容。有关课程的详细资料，请查阅硕士课程目录。

入学和英语能力要求

申请者必须持有二等荣誉或以上的生物分子工程、健康信息学、化学工程、生物工程、生物技术、生物医学工程、食品工程、材料科学、化学、物理、高分子科学、生物信息学、计算机科学或相关学科的学士学位，或具有获认可大学或大专院校所颁发的同等学历资格。有关英语能力要求，请查阅香港科技大学霍英东研究生院网页。

课程费用

2025年秋季入学全日制课程的课程费用为HK$184,800（分两期缴付）。

修毕本课程后，毕业生可在本地和区域性的制药、生物医学设备、诊断、生物技术和整体医疗保健行业中找到工作。此外，本课程亦激发学生对新兴领域的好奇心和兴趣，为继续攻读研究生课程或创业的学生奠定了基础。
