HKUST Aero Team
The HKUST Aero Team is a dynamic student group committed to the fields of Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering. Our endeavours include participating in AIAA Design-Build-Fly (DBF) competitions and British Model Flying Association (BMFA) payload challenges worldwide. Utilizing sophisticated techniques such as Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and the Finite Element Method (FEM), we meticulously design our competitive aircraft. By integrating cutting-edge technology, our team aims to build high-performing model planes and achieve outstanding results in international contests. Furthermore, our objective is to establish a collaborative platform for students across multiple disciplines to exchange knowledge and insights on radio-controlled planes, fostering a deeper understanding of the aviation industry.
All of ourplanned a range of activities and training workshops. It is recommended that you reactivities are designed with a practical focus in mind. By participating in our activities, you will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on aircraft modelling and interact with senior engineers and managers from aeronautical engineering companies during our talks and visits. In the upcoming year, we have gularly check your email or stay connected with us through our website and social media channels to stay informed about these events.

HKUST Robotics Team
The HKUST Robotics Team was founded in 2004 and is now composed of four subteams: Robocon, ROV(Remotely Operated Vehicle), Intelligent Racing, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle). Each participates in complex and exciting competitions namely: ABU Robocon Contest, MATE ROV Competition, RoboGames and FPV Drone Racing respectively.
Our members come from various disciplines, including the School of Engineering, School of Science, School of Business and Management, and Academy of Interdisciplinary Studies.
As a student-led organization, the HKUST Robotics Team emphasizes teamwork and practical application of knowledge. Members collaborate closely, utilizing our academic knowledge while exploring and experimenting with the latest technologies to continually build robots ahead of our competitors.
Since 2004, the HKUST Robotics Team has earned over 100 awards at a local, national, and international level. Not only does the team's success bring recognition to the university, but it also raises the profile of robotics in Hong Kong and beyond.
The HKUST Robotics Team has also been engaged in community projects since 2013, helping out with different community activities and workshops, including an underwater robot competition for underprivileged students, students with special educational needs and ethnic minorities in March and April 2019.

HKUST RoboMaster Team ENTERPRIZE
RoboMaster University Series is a competition for robotics enthusiasts. It requires participants to form teams, develop robots, and compete in battles. The competition helps students gain industry experience and strategic planning skills. It has expanded its influence over the years and attracts more than 400 colleges and universities around the world annually.
The HKUST Team ENTERPRIZE was founded in 2015 and is one of the earliest RoboMaster teams. We keep breaking through and achieving good results: in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2023 and 2024, we won the International Championship for five seasons in a row. In 2019, we even reached the national tournament and achieved the top 12 results.
From a little spark in our hearts to a conception in our minds, and then to every robot on the field, we crossed every difficult hurdle and molded our love for science and technology into shape, and our pursuit of dreams never stopped.
