It has been my dream to study engineering since secondary school. I am passionate about solving problems through practical means and especially interested in programming. I enjoy the sense of achievement when coding from scratch and cooperating with others in projects. HKUST has offered top-notch learning environment for students who are enthusiastic in studying engineering like me. Not only are we equipped with theoretical knowledge, but we are also offered opportunities to gain experiences through projects with our schoolmates. Professors from HKUST are helpful as well. Whenever I am in doubt about course materials, they are always there to offer help and advice.

Of course, engineering in HKUST is not always about studying, but also meeting those who share the same interest with you. As an Engineering Student Ambassador, I am part of the ESA family. Here, I met lots of engineering lovers from different departments. We share our ideas and experience with one another, and I became friends with some of them. Here in HKUST, engineering is more than the engineering subject itself. Come join us and become part of the big engineering family!
