Hi, I am Yoko, an ECE junior with business minor. A typical boy from Guangzhou, I am always curious about the world around me and brave to explore. Choosing HKUST School of Engineering is like an accident at that time, but when looking back from now, it’s a clever decision and beautiful coincidence. 
 
All knowledge I learned here eventually turned into my source of creativity. As an engineering student, I believe solid knowledge is fundamental to excellence and innovative idea. I am glad to keep my pace of study here and would try best to achieve academic fulfillment.
 
I also appreciate soft skills development, which are indispensable for my future career. I am grateful that the ESA program offers me training as well as opportunities for outreaching activities that could not be found from schoolwork. As an ambassador for the School, I learned to stand out and express my idea in smart and decent way.
