Prof. Jack Cheng (left), Director of HKUST BIM Lab and Associate Head & Professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, and Mr. Rankin Ng (right), CEO of Modern Living Investments Holdings Limited and Director of Modern Proptech Limited, signed a memorandum of understanding on developing digital twin-based property management technology on December 18, 2023.

(Left) The new technology helps medical staff identify the guidewires by simply taking a photo of all the medical instruments with a smartphone or tablet.
