Jay Jai Singh

Hey there. I'm Jai Singh Sra, an international student, born and raised in India and finished my schooling in Singapore. I’m currently enrolled in the CSE program at HKUST.

Being an international student, the most common questions I get asked are "why do you come to Hong Kong?" and "why do you choose HKUST?". I am always interested in studying in an environment which is an amalgam of different cultures and practices. HKUST provided just that while being one of the top ranked universities in the world. So far I’ve had the privilege to interact with some of the most illustrious professors, alumni and fellow classmates, and it has been nothing short of world changing. I love the charged atmosphere, and it seems like there is something different going on almost every week.

HKUST has given me so many opportunities to try out new things or develop my passions that I hardly find myself with nothing to do.
