简介
本课程旨在为培训集成电路工程师，为持有理学或工学学士学位而又有志于汲取深入广博的微电子工程和更进阶的集成电路知识的专业人员和学生度身定做。

课程设置

学生必须修满25个学分，其中包括4个学分的 Guided Chip Design Project 。 经课程主任批准后，学生可以修读由其他理学硕士课程开设的最多9个学分的课目。 有关课程的详细资料，请查阅硕士课程目录及科目目录。

入学和英语能力要求

申请者必须持有二等荣誉或以上的电子工程或工程/物理科学的学士学位，或具有获认可大学或大专院校所颁发的同等学历资格。有关英语能力要求，请查阅香港科技大学霍英东研究生院网页。 

课程费用

全日制课程的课程费用为HK$208,000（分两期缴付），而兼读制课程的课程费用为HK$183,000（分四期缴付）。

入学申请 

课程采取滚动式招生，先到先审查，因此建议申请人尽早提交申请。有关课程申请，请查阅香港科技大学霍英东研究生院网页。
