I have always been fascinated by the nature of engineering, applying scientific principles with human creativity to benefit humankind by making life and living more convenient. My interest has driven me to choose engineering for my future career with the objective to be able to take part in the process of making a better world. That said, pursuing my long-lived interest in engineering at HKUST was one of the best decisions that I have ever made in my life as it offered me more than just a number on a paper. HKUST not only has successfully helped me to extend my knowledge in my desired field, but it has also prepared me with the right mindset to be able to create an impact in the real world. It has provided me with a prosperous amount of opportunities to explore and reach my potentials and talents. Additionally, it has allowed me to challenge myself and hyper-experiment everything that I do. On top of that, life on campus has always been comfortable for me to express my concerns and questions about society, and multifarious to fulfill my endless curiosity and excel my knowledge in the engineering field.
