Andrew Bor Hung

I’m a Malaysian student pursuing the Dual degree in Technology and Management program at HKUST. My major in engineering is Computer Engineering and this program has so far proved to be very exciting and interesting. I came to HKUST as a person with no programming background, yet in the short time of 2 years, I have received excellent training that has transformed me into a competent programmer. I had a wonderful Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) in my 3rd semester where I worked in a research lab to develop the technology of indoor localization. My training at HKUST has also developed me into an attractive candidate for employment, and I’m looking forward to starting my internship at Cisco this summer! I have truly loved my experiences as an engineering student at HKUST and have thoroughly enjoyed my identity as an engineering Student Ambassador.
