My passion for engineering was ignited during my childhood when I would dismantle gadgets to understand their inner workings. This curiosity led me to pursue a degree in engineering at HKUST, where I found a vibrant community that fosters innovation and collaboration. The dynamic curriculum, blending theoretical knowledge with practical applications, has allowed me to explore various fields, from mechanical to electrical engineering. 

At HKUST, I was particularly inspired by hands-on projects that challenged me to think critically and creatively. Engaging with professors who are leaders in their fields and collaborating with peers on team projects enriched my learning experience. The university's emphasis on research and entrepreneurship encouraged me to develop my own ideas and solutions to real-world problems. 

Participating in various engineering competitions and internships further solidified my desire to contribute to technological advancements. The diverse environment at HKUST has not only expanded my technical skills but also enhanced my understanding of teamwork and leadership. Overall, my journey at HKUST has reinforced my commitment to engineering as a means to drive positive change in society, and I am excited to continue this path in my future endeavors.
