I have always been an avid adventurer seeking brand-new, thrilling experiences, which developed into a passion for creating, designing, and innovating to establish harmony between humanity, society, and the environment.

My biggest inspiration is nature itself and how life is sustained in such beautiful diversity. Additionally, my fondest memories are made with my loved ones in the beauty of nature. Therefore, envisioning a scene in which everyone can spend quality time with their families, friends, and significant others just outside their homes, in fresh air and a clean, safe environment—without having to escape the "modern problems" of the city—has shaped my aspirations and fueled my excitement for pursuing a career with transformative potential through the knowledge of natural sciences.

When I came to HKUST, I not only realized the true power of collaboration and teamwork, but also that it is an indispensably crucial part of making my dreams come true. Thus, I could not be more delighted to represent the School of Engineering to find, inspire, and walk together toward achieving the same goals with like-minded individuals in the future!
