My journey at HKUST has been a thrilling adventure full of discovery and wonder. Majoring in computer science and finance, I am fascinated by the endless potential of engineering, especially at the intersection of technology and business, which offers solutions to address real-world challenges and the opportunity to create a tangible impact.

With the rich resources at HKUST, I am minoring in humanities, exploring my favorite fields of linguistics and the arts. I also enjoy the exchange programs I have participated in, whether through online courses in mainland China and Japan or in-person learning experiences in America and Switzerland. All of these experiences have enriched my academic pursuits, exposing me to diverse educational approaches while broadening my global vision and enabling me to appreciate the world from a more comprehensive perspective.

As a music lover, I actively engage in the music events of the University Philharmonic Orchestra. One of my proudest moments is my contribution to recording our university anthem, which not only highlights HKUST’s innovative spirit but also reinforces my sense of belonging to the community. My passion for music extended to the academic exchange in Switzerland, where I joined the local university orchestra, promoted cultural exchange, and cultivated an inclusive mindset that values diverse views and approaches.
