Hello, I’m Lisa, a year 2 student from Computer Science and Engineering Department.

Choosing to study in HKUST was not an impulse decision for me. I was amazed by the international education model, strong academic and innovative atmosphere, free development path and abundant resources here. But after finishing my first year in the School of Engineering, I now believe that it is one of the best choices that I’ve ever made. The design of courses and the way professors teach really inspired me. It’s amazing to study in SENG to feel the magic of using Science theories to solve real-life problems, as well as to develop yourself comprehensively and broaden your horizon.

Now I’m having a fantastic time here and enjoy learning Engineering knowledge. It is my honor and responsibility to promote Engineering studies and spirits to the prospective students and the general public and contribute myself to the development and expansion of our school. That’s why I am here to become an Engineering Student Ambassador and devote my energy. I’m keen to improve my skills, meet and work with different people and gain more unique experiences outside the classrooms through various outreaching activities and services. I am determined to become a professional and enthusiastic student ambassador!
