Turzo BOSE
Hello there! My name is Turzo and I come from a beautiful and serene country called Bangladesh. As I progressed through my high-school years, I developed a liking for problem solving and thus did not have a tough call to make while zeroing in on Engineering.
While in the final year of my high-school, I started looking up the rankings and combing through the net finding information about my would-be alma mater. Excited by the world class rankings and excellent details provided by some of my seniors studying here at HKUST about SENG, I was sure of applying here. My first experience with HKUST SENG was when HKUST accepted my application and sent me an airmail with the relevant documents and booklets. When I made the make-your-own cardboard HKUST Redbird, I felt an unknown thrill and started counting my days to HKUST.
HKUST has been very accommodating so far. It provided me with the opportunity to meet people from different cultural backgrounds with whom I could share my culture and learn theirs. Besides, it has a vast array of different academic and extracurricular activities that you can choose from. It ranges from different societies to sports team to UROP programs and many more. When I first came to know about the ESA program from my senior, the thing that I loved the most is that we get to inform others about their queries regarding HKUST. It is very natural to have different kinds of questions for prospective applicants. I would love to answer your doubts and learn while in the process. I look forward to meeting you all in the future!
