"From an early age, I envisioned myself as a medical doctor, driven by a profound desire to heal and make a difference in people's lives. To ignite this passion, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry as my pre-medical foundation. However, as I delved deeper into my studies, I discovered a captivating world beyond traditional medicine—one that intertwines research and engineering to create life-altering materials. This revelation led me to embark on a transformative journey toward a doctorate in Bioengineering at HKUST, where I focus on the innovative fabrication of biomaterials for tissue engineering and regeneration.
